Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ cup of melted butter
  • 2 eggs
Instructions
  1. Mash the bananas.
  2. Add the eggs, melted butter to the banana mixture and stir.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Then, pour the flour mixture into the banana mixture. Blend well.
  5. Pour batter into a pan.
  6. Bake in the oven for 60 min. Insert a toothpick into the center of the loaf, if it comes out clean, then the bread is ready. Let it cool down and serve.
