Serve your flat bread with anything. i like mine with fresh spring salad or yoghurt.

Ingredients
For the salad:
Spinach
Mushrooms
Strawberries
Mandarins
For the flat bread:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons of oil
¾ to 1 cup of water
¼ teaspoon of salt
Instructions
Mix all the salad ingredients together.
For the flat bread
Mix together flour, salt, oil, and water to make a dough.
Knead for about 10 min to make a soft and elastic dough.
Set it aside for 20 min.
Divide the dough into 10 parts and roll them to a round shape.
Heat up a pan on medium flame. Slightly coat the pan with butter. Then put the flat bread into the pan . When you see bubbles flip it to the other side.
