WEST AFRICAN SCOTCH EGGS

- 2 Cups of flour
- 1 Tsp Baking soda
- ¼ Tsp of salt
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 beaten Egg
- ¾ Cup of water
- 8 Boiled eggs
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, Salt, beaten egg, butter, sugar.
- Add water and work the dough for about 10 min until the dough will become soft and sticky.
- Divide the dough into 8 parts and wrap tightly each of the dough around each boiled egg.
- Fry on a medium heat turning over and over again until it’s golden brown.
