Life it is not a matter of chance but a matter of choice. Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live (Deuteronomy 30: 19)

From the beginning of last year, the Lord opened my eyes on every single step taken down the road. Whether good or bad, I understood deep down that he was behind the scene planning and working out things for my good.

Nothing is more precious than being fully present, awake, and aware of the move of the Spirit of the Lord. I enjoyed every bit during that year (good/ bad situations). Especially when the Lord started dealing with my attitude and behavior. It was so painful, I couldn’t escape it (literally it was the point of no turning back). He used everything and anything to teach me big lessons throughout the whole entire year (365 days). Not a day went by without learning something new. Since I knew I couldn’t escape that stage of my life, I have decided to abide by what I will learn. Sometimes I felt like I was in prison and I was going to loose my mind. It was not easy at all. Certainly it is not over but the Lord had done it purposefully. I had to choose first to eat or taste the meal (situations/trials) in order to be able to share it (spread the Gospel). To become a vessel of honor in his hand, I had to be shaped by him. The same way as the plate carries the food for someone else to eat in it, the same I had to go through the modeling stage that I call ‘’tasting  the food ‘’ before sharing it. (Ezekiel 3: 1;10). Dare to be fully present, awake, and aware of the Lord’s doing in your every day  life so you may choose wisely. Choose Jesus today, choose life
