ISLAND CANDIED PEPPER

Ingredients
  • 10 Habanero peppers
  • 1 Cucumbers
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Liter of white vinegar
  • 10 cloves
  • Peppercorns
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Peel carrots, onions and garlic
  2. Chop onion and cucumber carrots
  3. Crush the garlic
  4. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds
  5. Put by layer the vegetables and herbs in a tightly closed jar
  6. Season with salt and cover with vinegar
  7. Leave it aside for 2 weeks before using it for the first time
  8. Keep candied pepper in the refrigerator
Notes
This pepper sauce is to taste like Tabasco except it's really strong.

Enjoy with all dishes: grilled meats, rice, roots.
