SPRING SALAD / FLAT BREAD

Serve your flat bread with anything. i like mine with fresh spring salad or yoghurt.
Ingredients
  • For the salad:
  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Strawberries
  • Mandarins
  • For the flat bread:
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons of oil
  • ¾ to 1 cup of water
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all the salad ingredients together.
  2. For the flat bread
  3. Mix together flour, salt, oil, and water to make a dough.
  4. Knead for about 10 min to make a soft and elastic dough.
  5. Set it aside for 20 min.
  6. Divide the dough into 10 parts and roll them to a round shape.
  7. Heat up a pan on medium flame. Slightly coat the pan with butter. Then put the flat bread into the pan . When you see bubbles flip it to the other side.
