Serve your flat bread with anything. i like mine with fresh spring salad or yoghurt.
Ingredients
- For the salad:
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Strawberries
- Mandarins
- For the flat bread:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of oil
- ¾ to 1 cup of water
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Mix all the salad ingredients together.
- For the flat bread
- Mix together flour, salt, oil, and water to make a dough.
- Knead for about 10 min to make a soft and elastic dough.
- Set it aside for 20 min.
- Divide the dough into 10 parts and roll them to a round shape.
- Heat up a pan on medium flame. Slightly coat the pan with butter. Then put the flat bread into the pan . When you see bubbles flip it to the other side.
