WEST AFRICAN SCOTCH EGGS

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups of flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ Tsp of salt
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • ¾ Cup of water
  • 8 Boiled eggs
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, Salt, beaten egg, butter, sugar.
  2. Add water and work the dough for about 10 min until the dough will become soft and sticky.
  3. Divide the dough into 8 parts and wrap tightly each of the dough around each boiled egg.
  4. Fry on a medium heat turning over and over again until it’s golden brown.
  5. It's ready
