Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ cup of melted butter
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Mash the bananas.
- Add the eggs, melted butter to the banana mixture and stir.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Then, pour the flour mixture into the banana mixture. Blend well.
- Pour batter into a pan.
- Bake in the oven for 60 min. Insert a toothpick into the center of the loaf, if it comes out clean, then the bread is ready. Let it cool down and serve.
